To give our customers confidence to shop with us, we offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase and offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase subject to the below conditions.

Returned items should be in their original and re-sellable condition, with all tags attached, any packaging intact and accompanied by a valid receipt.

For hygiene and safety reasons personal items like swimwear, innerwear, cosmetics, cufflinks, socks, etc. cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless there is a clear manufacturing fault, or the product is not in conformity with the standards, or the item does not serve the purpose that has been purchased for.

Items purchased at reduced prices during sale or promotional periods can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase, but no refund will be provided on these items, unless there is a clear manufacturing fault, or the product is not in conformity with the standards, or the item does not serve the purpose that has been purchased for.

On gift with purchase promotions, the gift should also be returned along with the purchased product, to receive an exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.

Shipping

The cost of return shipping will be borne by you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal/delivery service company, you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to our regular pricing). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
