Returns & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Uniform Souq, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help.

2. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. • Items must be returned in their original packaging. • Items must not have been customized with a company logo, embroidery, or any personalization. Customized items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or were produced incorrectly. • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

3. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for sizing issues on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To request an exchange:  1. Contact us at info@uniformsouq.com or WhatsApp +974 6678 9998 with your order number and the item(s) you would like to exchange. 2. Our team will confirm availability and arrange the exchange. 3. Please do not return items without contacting us first.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:  • Your order number • A description of the issue • Clear photographs of the item(s)  We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:  • Customized items (logo embroidery, printed branding, or any personalization) • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered • Items returned after the 14-day return window • PPE and safety items (for hygiene reasons)

7. How to Return an Item
