1. Products

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors and sizing. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. All sizes and measurements are provided on product pages. By placing an order, you confirm you have reviewed the product description and sizing information.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices displayed at the time of your order confirmation will apply to your purchase.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are accepted subject to product availability. We accept Visa, Mastercard, NAPS, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery. For bulk and corporate orders, bank transfer may be arranged by contacting us directly. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Delivery

We deliver across Qatar. Delivery times and fees are as described on our website. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (weather, customs, courier issues). Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
